Sliding Scale Options
I made InkRoot Therapy because I believe mental health care should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. To support this commitment, I offer a limited amount of sliding scale and Pro Bono sessions based on individual need. If you believe you may qualify, or are interested to learn more about sliding scale availability, do not hesitate to contact us.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers space to reflect, process, and better understand how your internal world connects to your external relationships. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, life transitions, or relational stress — unsure of why certain patterns keep repeating.
Together, we’ll work to increase clarity, emotional awareness, and intentional responses instead of reactive ones. The work is collaborative and grounded, focused on meaningful change rather than quick fixes.
Insurance is accepted for individual therapy, and superbills are available when needed.
In-person and telehealth options are available.
Couples Therapy
Even strong relationships can fall into frustrating patterns. Conversations escalate quickly, shut down unexpectedly, or circle back to the same unresolved tension. Most couples aren’t broken — they’re caught in cycles that are hard to see from the inside.
Couples therapy offers a structured space to slow those moments down. Together, we identify the communication patterns beneath conflict, explore how stress and past experiences shape reactions, and practice new ways of responding with clarity and accountability. The goal isn’t to determine who’s right — it’s to strengthen understanding, repair, and connection.
Couples therapy is private pay at $200 per session.
Support Groups
Growth doesn’t only happen one-on-one — it also happens in community.
I lead small, process-focused groups designed for relational learning and honest conversation. Groups are structured, intentionally small, and focused on exploring communication patterns in real time with facilitator support.
Current offerings include:
The Scrambled Minds Club — a quarterly 10-week men’s process group focused on identity, stress, and relational growth.
